As the current Microsoft Data Platform Partner of the Year, Ascent Technology has been invited by Microsoft to deliver two presentations at Tech-Ed Africa. South Africa’s premier technology event for IT Professionals and Developers, Tech-Ed Africa, will be staged from 16-19 April 2013 at the Inkosi Albert Luthuli International Convention Centre in Durban.

We will be discussing complex HA and DR designs for LOB Applications like SAP. Attendees will learn best practices for architecting HA and DR solutions in order to prepare customers for moving to the cloud. They will learn where and when to use features like AlwaysOn, Mirroring, Clustering, SAN Replication and GeoClusters. Best practices for deploying a HA and DR solution using the previously mentioned will be discussed.
